Stacey & Terri Hill are the owners of ServiceMaster Residential Care; a home services company designed to meet the residential customer’s specific needs.

Upon deciding to leave the corporate world, Stacey chose a ServiceMaster franchise because of their corporate values: To Honor God in all we do, To help people develop, To pursue excellence, and To grow profitably. These are key elements we strive to achieve every day with each client interaction.

Prior to joining Stacey in the “family business”, Terri was in the customer service industry. She quickly realized that most carpet cleaning companies were not providing good service. The staff at ServiceMaster Residential Care believes that cleaning is not a commodity, but an opportunity to better understand the client’s needs. In addition to service, Stacey immersed himself in education. First by completing ServiceMaster’s academy training and then continuing on to industry certifications. As a result, he began to solve many difficult cleaning problems for carpet retailers, real estate agents and homeowners.
