By applying carpet protectant, you can also protect it from premature ware and prolong the life of your flooring investment.
We are authorized applicators of 3M Scotchgard®, Dupont Teflon®, and Maxim Advanced® carpet and fabric protection products. All three are outstanding products utilizing different properties for different applications. The best choice depends on the type of fabric used in manufacturing. There is not a one-product-fits-all approach to proper fabric protection.
ServiceMaster Residential Care offers a 1-Year Stain Guarantee with the Maxim Advanced® carpet and fabric protection products. After the product has been applied, any stain that cannot be removed using our bottle of spot remover (you can buy from the technician) qualifies you for a free service call from our team of certified stain-removal technicians.
